We're seeking a high-energy
District Sales Manager
to take ownership of a large and strategically important territory covering
West Texas and New Mexico . This is an opportunity to inherit an established market while driving significant growth through distributor partnerships, end-user development, and new business acquisition.
What You'll Do
Own and grow a multi-state sales territory
Develop new business opportunities with distributors and end users
Create demand and drive market share growth within assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple industries
Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and training sessions
Identify and execute territory growth strategies
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support
Manage your territory like your own business
What We're Looking For
Proven outside sales success in a hunting-focused role
Strong new business development and territory management experience
Experience selling through distribution channels preferred
Self-starter who enjoys working independently in the field
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
Strong organization, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
Ability to travel approximately 70% throughout the territory
Comfortable operating in a highly autonomous role
Candidates must currently reside within the territory, ideally near:
Midland/Odessa, TX
Lubbock, TX
Hobbs, NM
No relocation assistance is available.
