Our ideal Cloud Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is an entrepreneurial self-starter who will define and execute our partner strategy, collaborate with local market and global leaders, and drive partner sales. This person must have experience building and managing trusted relationships with partners and clients as well as possess a track record of developing pipeline and retiring quota.

*Please note: This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance and be onsite when needed.
What You’ll Do
Create and execute local alliances strategy across cloud partner ecosystem (AWS, Microsoft, Google)
Grow revenue in priority accounts by selling through alliance channels
Carry partner sales quota and origination targets
Manage relationships with alliance partners
Drive collaboration across local and global teams
Support account planning with partner focus
Act as partner “voice of the market” within Slalom
Execute joint marketing campaigns and events
Manage and mitigate channel conflict
What You’ll Bring
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
8+ years in alliance management, partner sales, or related fields
Experience with AWS, Microsoft, or Google ecosystems
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage business autonomously
Understanding of alliance go-to-market strategies
Knowledge of partner ecosystem programs and incentives
Executive presence and presentation skills
Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week
Willingness to travel up to 20%

Compensation and Benefits Slalom offers benefits including paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) with match, health coverage, adoption support, disability coverage, and wellness reimbursement.
Salary ranges: Manager $103,000–$154,000; Senior Manager $130,000–$194,000. Compensation may include bonus and varies based on experience and location.
