Position Overview We are seeking a Clinical Data Scientist to own the final stage of our clinical data pipeline, transforming complex datasets from manual abstraction, AI models, and electronic sources into high‑quality, analysis‑ready deliverables for pharmaceutical partners. This role sits at the intersection of data science and clinical research, requiring expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical programming (R, Python, SQL) to generate reports and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver the final stage of the clinical data pipeline, transforming complex datasets into analysis‑ready deliverables.
Apply data cleaning, transformation, and statistical programming skills to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Clinical Operations, AI Engineers, and Data teams to validate outputs, automate workflows, and improve data infrastructure.
Maintain rigorous documentation, adhere to privacy standards, and keep current with Posit development environments, GitHub, and Jira.
Analyze and improve practical use of Databricks and AI code development tools to enhance data science processes.
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in clinical data science or related fields.
Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and Posit development environments.
Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and preferably experience with Databricks.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven environment.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $132,000 – $226,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. N‑Power Medicine offers equity at hire and a discretionary annual bonus tied to company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits and a 401(k) plan.
