Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Hardware Asset Manager to join their team. As a Hardware Asset Manager, you will be part of the Hardware Management Department supporting the Test Floor Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Santa Clara, CA
What's the Job?
Responsible for hardware room inventory control check-in/check-out process.
Maintain, inventory, and control of offsite and onsite hardware assets.
Work with various departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and offshore operation sites.
Assist and collaborate with team members and engineering personnel to ensure all shipment paperwork is accurate and complete.
Monitor hardware inventory levels and report discrepancies such as damaged or missing items to management.
What's Needed?
Proficient with inventory controls including issuing, receipt, and tracking.
Experience with shipping and receiving duties.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong administrative skills including paperwork and filing.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
