This is not a development role, and it does not involve plugin management, theme updates, or backend system administration. Instead, the primary responsibility is confidently building pages our team designs, along with handling smaller client website updates, all executed to a very high standard across multiple websites.
*ResponsibilitiesWebsite Page Building & Execution*
* Build and update website pages in WordPress based on internal designs and direction.
* Accurately translate design files and concepts into fully functional WordPress pages.
* Ensure layout, spacing, responsiveness, and styling meet strict quality standards.
* Manage content updates including text, imagery, forms, and page structure.
* Work primarily within WordPress page builders and the block editor.
*Client Website Updates*
* Execute smaller client requests such as text edits, image swaps, link updates, and minor layout adjustments.
* Ensure all updates are consistent with brand standards and existing site structure.
* Manage update requests through the internal project management system with accuracy and urgency.
*Quality Assurance (QA) & Standards*
* Own the quality assurance process for all page builds and updates prior to launch.
* Identify and correct layout issues, formatting inconsistencies, and user experience problems.
* Ensure pages render correctly across devices and browsers.
* Maintain a strong attention to detail with a “no errors to production” mindset.
* Validate links, forms, and page functionality before deployment.
*Website Support*
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure updates align with strategic and design intent.
* Support ongoing website improvements focused on usability and performance.
* Execute work efficiently while maintaining consistency across client sites.
*Qualifications*
* Strong hands-on experience with *WordPress* (page building and content management).
* Ability to confidently build pages from provided designs within WordPress.
* Experience handling small website updates (content, imagery, links, layout tweaks).
* Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and responsive design.
* Working knowledge of *HTML and CSS* (JavaScript exposure is a plus).
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Comfortable working within structured workflows and internal review processes.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.).
* Experience working in a multi-client or agency environment.
* Understanding of basic UX principles and conversion-focused layouts.
* Familiarity with website performance best practices.
