To support customer retention efforts, the full-time Outbound Renewal Sales Associate will place outbound calls to renew home service plans, promote product benefits, and convert sales opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Place outbound telephone calls to renew home service plans Promote the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers Convert sales opportunities to assist with company monthly sales goals
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of sales experience required Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
