The Technical Lead for Frontend Mobile Development will oversee the development and implementation of native mobile applications. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mobile development, particularly with Flutter, and a proven track record in leading technical teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of native mobile applications with a focus on quality and scalability.
Assign tasks, mentor team members, and lead projects to successful completion.
Define and enforce best coding practices and standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather application requirements and objectives.
Prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet user needs.
Provide technical assistance and respond to inquiries regarding developed software.
Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
8 years of experience in development with a focus on native mobile applications.
2 years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
Experience in leading platform-wide initiatives and providing task estimations.
Required Skills
Proficiency in native mobile application development.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in application scaling.
Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.
Preferred Skills
Experience in promoting inclusive collaborations.
Strong communication skills for consulting with analysts and users.
Ability to train both internal and end users effectively.
