We are looking for a Piping Coordinator, who plays a key role within our engineering team, coordinating fluid system design activities for industrial projects, ensuring efficient communication, alignment, and execution across all stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.

As Piping Coordinator for a Project execution, you will:

• Coordinate engineering teams for piping and ducting design

• Distribute technical inputs from the Project Manager to all stakeholders

• Prepare and share technical documentation

• Draft technical specifications

• Prepare requests for quotation for Purchasing

• Support Procurement with technical analysis of supplier offers

• Provide technical clarifications for customers

• Monitor engineering schedule and report progress

• Maintain contact with customers, partners and site teams to clarify technical topics

• Review and participate in follow-up of Project meetings

Additionally, the Piping Coordinator handles Technical activities:

• Perform piping and ducting design calculations
• Develop P&ID diagrams using engineering tools, coordinating with instrumentation and automation teams
• Supervise engineering activities, including:
• Writing piping and ducting specifications
• Configuring engineering tools (e.g. CADMATIC, etc.)

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years experience in piping, ducting, or industrial fluid systems is a strong asset
• Good understanding of engineering processes and project coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong team player capable of rallying others toward a common goal
• Fluent in French and English is mandatory, knowledge of another language is an asset (especially German)
• Work permit in Belgium
