The ideal candidate brings hotel sales experience (Marriott experience preferred), deep knowledge of the Dallas market, and the ability to proactively drive business to the hotel.**What You Will Accomplish****Key Responsibilities*** Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and production goals through proactive sales efforts* Identify, solicit, and secure new business through prospecting, networking, and market engagement* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while developing new client relationships* Partner closely with the Director of Sales to support overall sales strategy and lead generation efforts* Respond to leads, RFPs, and inquiries with urgency and strategic positioning to maximize conversion* Conduct site tours, client meetings, and presentations to showcase the property* Negotiate contracts and close business aligned with revenue goals and brand standards* Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM documentation* Collaborate with Revenue Management, Operations, and Events teams to ensure successful execution of booked business* Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions* Stay informed on market trends, competitive set activity, and demand drivers within the Dallas market* Support the Director of Sales in driving overall team performance and achieving departmental goals**What You Will Bring****Qualifications*** Proven track record of achieving **$1.5M+ in annual group room revenue production** or comparable revenue goals* Minimum 4–6 years of hotel sales experience, with a strong record of production and goal achievement* Marriott experience highly preferred* Experience in group, corporate, or transient sales segments preferred* Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business at a high level* Strong knowledge of the Dallas market and key demand drivers**Skills & Competencies*** Results-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify revenue opportunities* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through* Proficient in CRM systems, hotel sales systems (Delphi, FOSSE preferred), and Microsoft Office* Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment**Work Environment & Expectations*** This is an **onsite position based in Dallas, TX*** Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs* Active participation in local market events and client engagement is expected-*We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.**This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.*### Join Our Team*At Pacific Hospitality Group, we believe in empowering team members as entrepreneurial thinkers who create value through integrity, vision, humility, and personal accountability.
