Treatment Coordinator Job Description
Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage new patients, providing a warm, friendly introduction to our practice Guide patients through the new patient process, including consultations and onboarding Present treatment options and financial arrangements clearly and confidently Assist patients in understanding their recommended treatment plans and answer related questions Coordinate and schedule initial and follow-up appointments Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and warmth Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment decisions Collaborate with doctors, clinical team, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care Handle insurance verification, benefit explanations, and payment processing Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture Salary Range
full-time $26 - $28 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits

Spanish fluency Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Salesmanship and effective telephone communication skills required Ability to explain complex treatment and financial information clearly Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for helping others Preferences
Previous experience in orthodontics, dental, or healthcare administration preferred Proficiency with dental/orthodontic practice management software a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications preferred Hiring Process
