Job Summary The Inside Parts Sales Representative supports aftermarket parts growth by handling customer inquiries, identifying parts, preparing quotes, entering orders, managing follow-up, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. This role is responsible for delivering a strong customer experience while supporting revenue growth, pricing discipline, and repeat business across assigned accounts and incoming demand. Core Duties
* Respond to inbound parts inquiries by phone, email, and web channels. * Identify correct parts and provide accurate quotes. * Enter and manage orders through completion. * Communicate pricing, availability, lead times, and substitutions. * Follow up on quotes, open orders, and backorders. * Resolve parts, pricing, and system discrepancies. * Coordinate with service, purchasing, and operations. * Support customer retention and repeat sales growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in parts sales, inside sales, or industrial customer support. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Mechanical aptitude and comfort with part identification. * ERP/CRM/system proficiency preferred. * Aftermarket, truck equipment, or fluid power experience preferred.
Compensation details: 25.5-27 Hourly Wage
