Responsibilities
Setting up desks for laptops/desktops and VOIP phones.
Setting up printers and performing Level 1 (L1) troubleshooting.
Providing L1 Smart Hands Support in the IDF room.
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
Diagnosing problems by asking targeted questions.
Testing alternative solutions to resolve issues.
Providing users with clear, step-by-step instructions.
Customizing desktop applications to meet user needs.
Maintaining and troubleshooting printers, cabling, and laptops, including rebuilds.
Recording technical issues and solutions in logs.
Escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Following up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
Reporting customer feedback and potential product requests.
Assisting in creating technical documentation and manuals.
Requirements
Analytical and time management skills.
Work independently when necessary.

Oral and written communication skills.
