Leading a team of QA Analysts and QA Automation Engineers, the full-time remote Engineering QA Manager will direct the Quality Assurance function across multiple products, ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities
Lead and develop QA teams, managing performance and recruitment while maintaining high standards of quality assurance Establish QA standards and processes, ensuring adherence to Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate quality into product development and align priorities with business objectives
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience with 2+ years in a leadership role Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies including JavaScript, React, PHP, and AWS Experience with source control and work management tools such as GitHub and Jira Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
