Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in enablement, post-sales, customer experience, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or fast-growth tech environment Proven ability to design and deliver measurable enablement programs for cross-functional teams Experience in enabling implementation or onboarding teams to enhance time-to-value and reduce failed launches Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging with both executives and individual contributors
