Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Field Sales Representative role based in Bronx, NY. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with e-commerce merchants and retail partners. Responsibilities include conducting in‑person visits, presenting tajer’s integrated support solutions, performing product demos, and addressing client needs and questions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, managing a local sales pipeline, and regularly reporting on activities and results. The Field Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology, SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical or service‑based solutions in clear, simple terms.
Ability to build long‑term client relationships, manage multiple accounts, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Comfort with on‑site client visits across the Bronx, NY area and the ability to work independently in the field.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital platforms; previous experience working with online merchants is an advantage.
Goal‑oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling objections effectively.
Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet with clients and attend events or meetings.
