ZINTEX Remodeling is looking for a full‑time (W‑2) Outside Sales professional to conduct in‑home presentations to pre‑qualified homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling. You will receive all tools and training needed to be successful, including order processing and post‑sale issue handling. Your responsibilities include mastering our training process within the first 90 days and delivering a proven sales presentation to qualified consumers. Expectations
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad. Participate in ongoing sales training weekly during meetings. Design new shower/bath arrangements on our proprietary iPad software. Deliver price and close sales daily. Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise. Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline. Ability to work independently. Outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings. Previous in‑home and/or one‑call close sales experience preferred but not required.
