As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates; schedule and assign tasks; conduct performance evaluations; assist in training new associates. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers; provide product knowledge; resolve complaints; maintain a clean sales floor. Sales and Target Achievement: Drive sales; meet or exceed targets; monitor sales trends; collaborate with the store manager on strategies. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise; conduct inventory counts; ensure accurate pricing and labeling. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus. Proven experience in a retail sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer‑focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems. Equal Opportunity Employer
