We ease you into our sales world slowly by starting you off on upselling to our existing clients for the first 6 months, and you don’t need to source the clients you sell to; it’s all done for you. Simply dial the numbers, speak to clients, and sell our EAP products.
You’ll begin with 4 weeks of training, coaches guiding you in your first few weeks on the floor, and high performing sales staff around you who will help you. You’ll find that very quickly you’ll secure deals in your first week on the phones. It can be that quick!
In this role you will:
Book meetings for our Sales Managers and ensure they have the information they need.
Sell our EAP products and packages to existing and potential clients, creating healthier working environments.
Earn commission for every deal you have booked that is successfully closed.
Work a standard schedule of 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday.
Attend ongoing coaching sessions and leverage support from senior sales staff.
We value confidence and a proactive attitude over prior sales experience. Our latest starters have come from diverse backgrounds such as the Army, marketing, hairdressing, facilities management and cruise ship work. If you have confidence, you can succeed here.
Compensation £26,250 basic | OTE £50,000+ | joining bonus of £300 per month for 6 months
For top performers commission can exceed £100,000.
Location & Schedule Manchester | 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday only | July & August start dates
