Key Responsibilities
Support the onboarding of annual capstone projects.
Serve as a technical advisor and resource for student teams in partnership with other Design Studio staff.
Procure and manage IT equipment inventory.
Manage SaaS usage and expenditures.
Coordinate and execute the technical components of annual Design Studio and Raikes School events.
In addition to supporting the Raikes School Design Studio capstone program, the Design Studio Architecture and Engineering Lead provides technical support across the Raikes School. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering cloud‑based services, source control systems, and collaboration platforms. This position serves as the primary administrator of the Raikes School website and acts as the technical liaison between the Raikes School and University ITS and audio‑visual teams.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related technical field and one (1) year of experience in IT services management, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage/prioritize tasks.
Evidence of excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to network and build relationships with community and institutional partners.
Familiar with modern software development tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with students or mentoring.
Experience working in higher education.
