Partner with Value Access & Pricing, Enterprise Contract Management, Government, Finance, and Marketing to evaluate and finalize contract pricing strategies for CPC review and implementation across all contracted channels (managed markets, institutional, physician/clinic, long‑term care, specialty). Ensure proposed contract pricing strategies are implemented effectively by assessing current processes, systems, and organizational capabilities. Guarantee compliance with all relevant requirements based on CPC approved contracting strategies. Drive the advancement of contracted data assets and capabilities to deliver actionable insights that directly influence business decisions and organizational success. Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools aligned with business goals. Partner with IT to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across analytical outputs. Continuously seek efficiencies and enhancements to ensure processes are efficient, meet business needs, and mitigate risk. Apply advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance contracting insights, strengthen decision‑making, and improve operational efficiency across pricing and contracting activities. Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of six years of relevant business experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong prioritization, time‑management, organizational, and interpersonal skills in a fast‑moving, complex environment. Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations focused on trends, risks, and opportunities. Technical acumen and ability to liaise between IT and the business. Innovative, proactive, and self‑motivated, seeking opportunities to develop new solutions. Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI (preferred). Previous experience leading projects, project management, and guiding peers (preferred). Pharmaceutical business experience and knowledge of Innovative Medicine’s portfolio (preferred). Travel up to 10% of the time to domestic destinations. Pay Range
