Partner with commercial teams to create and deliver Client Business Reviews, including custom analyses, optimization recommendations, media plans, and forecasts to drive incremental revenue
Design, run, analyze, and communicate results from A/B tests and controlled experiments
Build repeatable analyses, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance and surface trends for stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Analytics and R&D to translate client needs into product or process improvements
Troubleshoot time-sensitive campaign delivery and performance issues and escalte appropriately
Identify automation opportunities and work with global operations to improve efficiency
Own a growth area of the business, create client-facing collateral, and share knowledge across the team
Stay current on industry trends in AdTech, attribution, forecasting, and analytics
Communicate project progress, timelines, risks, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Who You Are
Minimum 1 year of full-time, analytics-relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manipulate datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable recommendations
Experienced in data storytelling and building presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
Solid conceptual and practical understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design
Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
Client- and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable engaging cross-functional teams
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to choose appropriate analytical methods for the problem
Willingness to experiment with new tools, including AI, to improve productivity and analysis workflows
Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize time-sensitive tasks in a collaborative environment

The client uses commerce intelligence and data-driven decisioning to improve advertising relevance and performance for advertisers and their customers.
