Quantitative Analytics & Model Group Manager in PNC’s Market Risk organization, based in New York City. Responsible for developing, testing, validating and overseeing quantitative models that support key business decisions and policies, and managing a team of analysts. Responsibilities
Direct strategies, initiatives and activities related to model development, testing, and validation. Ensure comprehensive model review, testing and analysis per all applicable procedures and lifecycle standards. Develop new model frameworks to support the line of business. Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative assessments of model theory, design, implementation, data quality and integrity. Review and validate complex reports and associated quantitative analysis. Assess model risks and evaluate strengths and limitations. Prepare detailed documentation for validation and regulatory compliance. Lead, motivate, develop and manage performance of the management team and key staff. Foster a diverse, inclusive workplace and drive change and innovation. Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years industry experience in quantitative finance, including model development and validation. At least 5 years management experience with moderate to large scope of responsibility. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Credit Risks, Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, Quantitative Models, and Operational Risks. Knowledge of regulatory environment in financial services and testing practices. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, Ph.D., or relevant certifications preferred. Benefits
Competitive base salary: $175,560.00 – $326,040.00. Health, dental and vision coverage with Health Savings Account.
