We are looking for a data analyst to join the Supply Chain Data Insights and Analytics (SCDIA) team, responsible for providing data and advanced analytics, dashboards, reports, and metrics to support operations and supply chain organizations. Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the SC DIA team supporting all OSCQ data requirements ensuring successful performance by developing conforming products and services. Analyze large, complex production datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Create and maintain data pipelines, validation checks, and documentation. Participate in major projects critical to OSCQ strategic CORE initiatives with responsibility for quality of data and reports. Work collaboratively with the team to align and meet data system requirements. Provide value through data for end‑users and other stakeholders. Maintain the quality and accuracy of data in applications, reports, and metrics by partnering with the Digital Technology team and other functional representatives. Engage with the OSCQ Team as part of the Agile Release Train (ART) using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes. Qualifications – Mandatory
Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). Minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience. At least two years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL). Working experience using databases, including query writing, data mining, and data model interpretation. Experience using one or more dashboard applications (PowerBI or Tableau). Experience evaluating and reviewing data for issue identification. Experience designing, developing, data validation and statistical verification, and deploying metrics and dashboards for executive management. Experience with OSCQ metrics and related verifications. Qualifications – Preferred
Experience producing data visualizations for a variety of audiences. Experience using Alteryx or another data prep/ETL application. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and reporting applications (e.g., PRISM, SAP, Business Warehouse). Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes. Experience presenting written and verbal communications. Demonstrated change‑agent skills, ability to energize and influence across all levels, and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Equal Opportunity Statement
