iesDevelop, design, and propose improvements to cable and harness assembly soluti
onsSupport and help oversee the product lifecycle, from concept through production and deliv
eryEvaluate project feasibility and ensure all resources are in place for successful manufactur
ingCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, purchasing, and sales te
amsAssist with RFQs, quoting, and technical propos
alsHandle and resolve customer issues and complaints from a technical perspect
iveReview and support creation of engineering drawings, assemblies, and bills of materials (BO
Ms)Recommend appropriate materials, connectors, contacts, and cable compone
ntsEnsure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilit
Qualifications
ionsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent technical experie
nce)Experience with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or electromechanical products prefe
rredUnderstanding of manufacturing processes (metal, plastics, or industrial environme
nts)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificat
ionsExperience with CAD systems such as Autodesk Inventor or similar is a
plusStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, cost-effective solut
