What You Will Do
Analyze business needs of internal/external customers, taking into account possible limitations and developing architectural solutions
Expert assessment of customer project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.)
Coordinate requirements between internal/external customer and other process parties
Design technical solutions and manage their lifecycle
Model business processes and develop solution models
Plan and organize solution testing by the customer
Prepare technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions
Prepare internal company orders for performing work on IT platforms
Qualifications and Experience Required
Experience in the position of business or systems analyst in IT projects from 2 years
Understanding of REST architecture, basics of DBMS
Professional knowledge of UML notation
Experience with Jira, Confluence
Basic skills in working with SQL queries
Analytical thinking, ability to collect, formalize, and document business requirements within a project/task
Plus
Knowledge of BPMN
Knowledge of MS Project
Experience with systems such as Billing, DWH, and others
