Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
5-7 years of business analysis or related experience
Experience with Workforce, Survey123, Big Query, SAP, and Power BI preferred
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of business processes, planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Responsibilities
Maintain vendor relationships and support non-IT business projects
Support project processes including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget tracking
Review Survey123 exceptions and perform quality checks on records
Develop understanding of ACI survey information stored in Workforce, Survey123, and Big Query databases
Perform QA reviews on Workforce and Survey123 information
Respond to ACI inspection audit requests
Track inspection requirements, assignments, completed surveys, and active contractors by area
Request additional work assignments to be loaded into Workforce as needed
Use Workforce and Survey123 applications and troubleshoot field issues
Analyze information and support business reporting activities
Complete additional tasks as assigned
