Your Next ROLE:
As the Content Manager, you’ll support the growth and editorial strategy of IGA’s artist and non‑artist‑specific digital brands. Responsibilities include content creation, building reports to highlight department progress, and contributing editorial ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with the Vice President and Director of Owned & Operated to ensure our strategy aligns with IGA’s broader digital marketing and brand initiatives.
How You’ll CREATE:
Develop innovative multi‑platform editorial strategies
Produce dynamic ideas to amplify music in thoughtfully engaging ways
Understand digital storytelling’s impact on culture and consumption
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on vision, goals, and results
Plan and manage calendars that reflect key marketing moments and campaigns
Pull and analyze performance data to make clear, visually compelling reports
Bring Your VIBE:
Proven experience understanding digital platforms, algorithms, and growth
Excellent attention to detail, a creative eye for the arts and strong writing skills
Deep multi‑genre music knowledge
Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva and/or similar graphic design tools
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset

$70,304 – $100,000
