We are looking for a Sales Manager, to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community.
The HVAC Sales Manager leads and manages a sales team to achieve and exceed targets by developing sales strategies and identifying growth opportunities. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, training and supporting team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager is key in driving business growth and maintaining a motivated, high-performing sales team. Prior management experience is helpful to understand what a successful team will look like, but not required. We will train you on the job with paid training included. We have an on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a professional business. We do not lay off or furlough, this is year-round position.
