Ideate & create briefs to bring content to life that aligns with Brand & Founder POV. Capture, film, and edit high-performing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) aligned with SKINN’s brand tone and founder style. Own publishing across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Maintain a detailed content calendar in Monday.com for full visibility across teams. Upload and label all assets in Air for structured, organized content storage. Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal storytelling through compelling social content. Community & Brand Engagement
Have a hand in overseeing the active engagement of SKINN’s Facebook community, fostering meaningful, educational, and supportive conversations. Coordinate sending new product launches to top-performing community members to drive advocacy and organic awareness. Own the social proofing process — collecting, curating, and organizing UGC, testimonials, and community feedback for use in ads and social campaigns. Collaborate with the Paid Social Creative Analyst to identify and amplify top-performing content across channels. Reporting & Optimization
Track and analyze performance across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, using Metricool and internal dashboards. Maintain weekly content performance logs and TikTok link tracking in Monday.com. Provide actionable insights and learnings to optimize future content and strategy. Continuously test new formats, hooks, and creative concepts to improve engagement and conversion. Report measurable results via growth and engagement. Creator & UGC Management
Have a hand in building strong relationships with creators to ensure consistent, high-quality content aligned with SKINN’s brand and messaging. Integrate UGC and creator assets into both organic and paid content strategies to boost authenticity and performance. Tools & Platforms

4+ years managing social media for a beauty, wellness, or ecommerce brand. Working directly with Founder / Founder-led indie brand is highly recommended. Proven ability to capture, edit, and produce viral-style short-form video content. Deep understanding of TikTok trends, creator culture, and platform algorithms. Experience leveraging UGC and customer feedback to build social proof and improve ad performance. Excellent communication skills and confidence being on camera. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative and trend-aware, with a pulse on emerging platforms. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Confident communicator with strong storytelling instincts. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple workflows. Takes full ownership from concept through execution and optimization. This is a hybrid position based in Dominguez Hills, CA, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You’ll be part of a passionate, fast-moving team dedicated to sharing SKINN’s professional-grade skincare story with millions across every social touchpoint.
