$15/hour base pay Uncapped commission Weekly pay Full-time position Monday–Friday Approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (must have open availability) What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers Present energy solutions and business service options Build rapport and identify customer needs Generate sales and close new business accounts Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals Track activity using CRM and company systems What We're Looking For:
Ideally, 1+ year of outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, or cold-calling experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional phone presence Ability to build relationships with business owners Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Join OnPoint CX Solutions?
