Responsibilities As a Senior Insurance Sales Agent, you'll work with both existing and prospective customers to identify coverage needs, strengthen relationships, and help families protect what matters most.
Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
Cross‑sell and bundle policies to deepen customer relationships.
Re‑engage previous customers through targeted win‑back campaigns.
Convert inbound opportunities into new business.
Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
Handle customer service requests, policy changes, payments, and claims assistance.
Build trust and long‑term relationships through consultative sales conversations.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
Utilize agency technology platforms to manage leads and customer interactions.
Requirements What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.
Strong track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
Preferred Traits
Recent Allstate experience is a plus.
Positive, coachable, and self‑motivated.
Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
Passion for helping customers protect their families and assets.
Comfortable making outbound calls and having meaningful sales conversations.
