Residential Electrical Estimator Our client is a regional electrical contractor serving Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware, is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join their team and help secure profitable single and multi-family projects. What You'll do: Review plans, specs and site conditions to produce takeoffs and cost estimates Prepare detailed labor, material and equipment cost breakdowns Create competitive, accurate bids and proposals Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and lead times Maintain estimate files, scope clarifications and historical cost data Support value engineering and change order pricing What they're looking for: 2+ years estimating experience in residential electrical construction (or strong electrical field background with estimating exposure) Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools (e.g., Winest, Excel) - willing to train on company software Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, labor productivity, and basic code requirements Excellent attention to detail, math skills and written communication Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines Compensation: Salary: $60,000- $65,000 annually Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) match Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Company Description The Franklin Company is a leading provider of contract temporary services throughout the United States.
