What You ll Do
Assist in gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures, in an inpatient OR setting Collaborate with a surgical team during procedures and patient care Provide first assist support during gynecological surgeries, including complex cases Work alongside surgeons to ensure smooth operative flow and patient safety Document procedures accurately within the EMR system (Cerner/Oracle) Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare standards and safety protocols What You Need Required: First Assist Certification with robotic surgery experience Valid NJ medical license or eligibility, no license procurement needed Proven experience in gynecological surgery or related procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
