Key Role Responsibilities:
Champion and maintain a culture of customer excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of all customers are delivered upon.
Take an interest in brand awareness and changes affecting the marketplace and industry.
Deal with Digital Car sales within the dealership and build relationships with the customers.
Prerequisites and Qualifications:
Customer facing experience essential.
Sales background preferred but not essential.
Understanding of Digital Platforms.
Strong understanding of the written English language.
