We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Welders to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3+ years of MIG welding experience. The successful candidates will assist in various welding projects, ensuring high-quality results and gaining valuable hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on various metal components. Follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete welding tasks. Assist senior welders and fabricators with projects as needed. Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain welding equipment and work area in good condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications: 3+ years of MIG welding experience. Knowledge of MIG welding techniques and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
