We're looking for Digital HIPAA Sales Staff to join our Revenue team across our Orlando and Miami offices. You'll connect with healthcare practices and organizations, understand their compliance needs, and position our HIPAA audit and digital services.This is a great opportunity for a motivated salesperson to grow within a compliance-focused, fast-moving environment. What You'll Do
Prospect and engage healthcare practices and organizations. Understand client compliance needs and position relevant HIPAA services. Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs with prospective clients. Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Collaborate with the compliance team to scope client engagements. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What You'll Bring
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or services. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable running discovery conversations and closing deals. Self-motivated and organized in managing a sales pipeline. Able to work from our Orlando or Miami office. Nice to Have
Experience selling compliance, healthcare, or legal services. Familiarity with HIPAA or regulatory concepts. Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
