Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative learning and development programs for attorneys and business services professionals.
Create and implement technology-enabled and self-study learning solutions aligned with organizational learning goals.
Partner closely with attorneys and leadership teams to develop professional skills, leadership, and practice-specific training programs.
Facilitate workshops and learning sessions both virtually and in person across global offices.
Build scalable learning pathways focused on leadership, executive presence, feedback, delegation, and career development.
Analyze learning metrics, KPIs, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Manage learning platforms and webpages to ensure strong user experience and global accessibility.
Stay current on emerging learning technologies, instructional methodologies, and industry best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Strategy, Technology, Marketing, and Knowledge Management teams.
Support rollout, integration, and long-term adoption of new learning initiatives across the organization.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in Learning & Development within a professional services environment.
Strong experience creating and facilitating learning programs specifically for attorneys or legal professionals.
Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and professional development strategy.
Experience designing curriculum and leading both virtual and in-person training sessions.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience using learning technologies and data analytics to measure program success.
Ability to work collaboratively across global and multicultural teams.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
Law firm or legal industry experience strongly preferred.
