About the Role
Button Finance is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Recruiter to support the growth of our mortgage sales organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our call center, sales, operations, and mortgage‑related positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can consistently meet hiring goals.
This is a performance‑focused recruiting position with clear expectations around interview volume, candidate outreach, and monthly hires.

Responsibilities
Post and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Review incoming applications and identify qualified candidates.
Proactively source passive candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Track candidate progress through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate pipelines.
Partner with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires.
Performance Expectations The successful candidate will be expected to:
Conduct
50+ candidate interviews per month
Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
Deliver
10+ new hires per month
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and management
Maintain timely follow‑up and communication with all applicants
Meet recruiting and hiring goals while maintaining candidate quality
Qualifications Preferred
2+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting sales professionals, call center staff, or mortgage industry personnel
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Experience using recruiting platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Mortgage industry experience
Experience recruiting Loan Officers, Account Executives, Call Center Representatives, Processors, Underwriters, or Operations personnel
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Experience working in a high‑volume recruiting environment
