Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Bulk Sales Executive
GFiber brings Google Fiber and Google Fiber Webpass internet services to homes and businesses across the United States. We are expanding our teams as we connect more cities and people to exceptional internet.
Area Description The GFiber Inventory Acquisition team partners with the real‑estate industry to secure rights for installing infrastructure and accessing potential customers across multifamily, commercial, and single‑family properties.
Role Description In this role, you will use sales skills to manage accounts, champion the GFiber brand, and build a pipeline through prospecting and partner relationships within assigned geographies.
Own relationships with GFiber partners who own individual or small portfolios of properties with existing GFiber service—driving bulk sales through engagement, contract negotiation, and billing setup.
Lead and manage the sales process from start to finish, building strong relationships with property developers, managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders; host events, attend meetings, and network to build the GFiber brand.
Explain the GFiber network and bulk billing systems to new residential and commercial clients.
Maintain a healthy funnel built on promotional activities (cold calling, prospecting, mailers, follow‑ups, networking).
Support cross‑functional teams in coordinating site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales negotiation or relationship management experience.
2+ years working with contracts or access agreements cross‑functionally.
2+ years managing a funnel in a 30‑ to 90‑day sales cycle.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor‑vehicle check that meets company standards.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience in the telecom industry.
Experience working in the local market.
Experience using a CRM database.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits The role offers a competitive on‑target earnings (OTE) of $93,335 annually ($56,000 base + uncapped sales bonus) plus benefits.
