Position Summary As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region, collaborating closely with the Sales Team in that area. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on executing our SmartStock program, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing merchandising and sales support. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the sales region and supporting the Sales Team in addressing their needs and concerns. Your professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule & Transportation Schedule: Monday - Friday starting at 8:00 AM.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to convenience stores and customer locations. Mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided.
Position Responsibilities
Maintain a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan‑ograms, ordering, and merchandising activities).
Identify and reduce out‑of‑stock on shelves.
Ensure products are fresh and within date‑code parameters.
Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly.
Ensure plan‑ogram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
Ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
Find solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
1–2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
