The Role As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will own and develop a portfolio of customer relationships. This role combines
account management, technical product support, and sales coordination
in a structured B2B environment.

What You’ll Do
Manage a defined group of
utility and contractor accounts
Serve as a primary point of contact via
email and phone
Develop trusted relationships focused on long-term partnerships
Create quotes, process orders, and manage customer requests end-to-end
Apply technical product knowledge (training provided)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Proactively follow through on opportunities and customer needs
