Responsibilities As an
Outside Sales Rep , you will understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries. You will make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards. You will solve problems and build trusted relationships with commercial customers.

solution for each customer’s needs.
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of commercial properties.
Make recommendations to customers based on inspections and issue identification, addressing questions and setting expectations.
Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Estimated first‑year earnings: $70,000 – $110,000 USD annually
Base salary plus uncapped commission

Qualifications
No experience required; sales experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification if applicable (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
