At Microphase Corporation, we design and manufacture high-performance RF and microwave filters and multiplexers used in radar, electronic warfare, and advanced defense systems.
Unlike large corporations, our engineers work hands‑on from day one, supporting real hardware that goes into critical applications.
As we grow, we are expanding into Active RF and Digital Application Solutions supporting next‑generation defense systems, drone technologies, and advanced electronic platforms.
We are looking for a recent graduate or early‑career Electrical Engineer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a key member of our engineering team.
WHAT YOU’ll WORK ON
Assist in the design of RF/microwave filters and multiplexers
Support RF modeling and simulation using tools such as ADS, HFSS, or CST
Help develop and execute test procedures and validation plans
Work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to move designs from concept to production
Support troubleshooting and performance improvements of existing designs
Gain exposure to advanced RF applications including radar, electronic warfare, and drone technologies
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Internship, coursework, or lab experience in RF/microwave engineering is a plus
Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
Interest in hands‑on engineering and real hardware development
U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance
Applicants MUST be U.S. Citizens. No exceptions.
This position supports U.S. Government defense programs that require U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.
If you are not a U.S. Citizen, do not apply.
In accordance with U.S. Government security requirements applicable to our cleared facility, resumes submitted by non‑U.S. citizens may be forwarded to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
