Job Summary Our Hotel Concierges are stationed in a hotel lobby and work seamlessly with the front desk, providing excellent customer service to guests. An ideal concierge must have a passion for helping people and making their vacation experience memorable. A sincere love of history and the culture of our city is helpful. Effectively sell the appropriate tour package to the guest based on the knowledge of our products, pricing and the content of all ticket packages in order to meet your sales goals.

Essential Functions
Greet everyone you meet with a smile and prompt service. Extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality.
Give every guest the ultimate compliment of recognition and attention. Guide them to the best offerings based on their interest during their time in the city.
Be knowledgeable and passionate about our products and the most popular things to do at each trolley stop.
Utilize exceptional sales skills including a strong pitch, prospecting, handling objections, cross‑selling, upselling, and closing the deal.
Present the cost of tours and attractions based on the company's pricing system.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Accurately handle transactions and receipts from sales, secure and maintain ticket inventory and company assets.
Ability to work independently within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests.
Ability to work well with all people while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to communicate with fellow staff and the general public.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Customer service, sales, or information center experience preferred.
Locations Operating tours, attractions and retail in Boston, Charleston, Key West, Nashville, San Diego, St. Augustine, Savannah, San Antonio, and Washington, DC since 1980.
Successful candidate must undergo a background search.
