About the Role The Graduate Program Content Developer designs, develops, and maintains educational and recruitment materials for the Graduate School (TGS) programs, creating unified marketing content that reflects all graduate programs at Augusta University.
Responsibilities
Design and develop recruitment materials such as brochures, flyers, digital content, videos, podcasts, virtual tours, and FAQs to showcase program strengths.
Create generalized materials that highlight inter‑disciplinary collaboration across all graduate programs.
Work with marketing staff in individual colleges to support content needs and maintain a unified voice.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns on email, social media, and online advertising to attract prospective students.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with faculty, program directors, admissions, and other departments to align content with academic and recruitment goals.
Collect and analyze audience feedback and web analytics to optimize messaging and content effectiveness.
Coordinate with the web developer and communications team to execute social media strategies.
Support TGS‑wide events, including recruitment fairs and other campus events.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Graduate Student Recruitment Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing and Communications degree.
Experience working with brand, creative, and digital teams.
Understanding of content within a CRM and experience working in a CRM environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with general supervision under tight timelines.
Shift, Salary & Benefits Shift: Days; Monday‑Friday (outside standard business hours may be required). Salary: $48,800 to $55,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, earned vacation, sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and tuition assistance after six months of employment.
Conditions of Employment
Successful completion of a background check and, as applicable, a credit check.
Motor vehicle reports for positions requiring driving of university vehicles.
Faculty hires must provide proof of completed academic degrees and transcripts.
