Provide timely onsite and remote support for Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across multiple locations. Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications hosted on virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining high user satisfaction. Assist with Active Directory management, user account provisioning, and security compliance. Travel to power plant sites as required, delivering technical support and maintaining equipment integrity. Requirements
Proven experience in desktop support and Windows operating systems. Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper‑V, VMware). Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
