Key Responsibilities
Conduct phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
Perform needs analysis and recommend coverage options
Help clients complete applications and navigate underwriting
Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective clients
Participate in training and skill development
Compensation
The average full‑time Apex producer earns $5,000 to $11,000 per month, with top full‑time sales reps typically earning more
Pay is tied to individual production and results and is based on submitted applications and issued policies
Production bonuses and incentive trips are offered regularly
No caps on commissions
Flexible working hours
