As an Inside Sales Representative you will be handling inbound leads from customers. You will consult customers over the phone on their home accessibility needs and match the correct products and benefits with the goal to convert leads into customers.

A Passionate Seller: When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Harmar’s customers.
A Front Lines Liaison: You rise to the role of being an understanding and supportive advisor, you believe in what you’re selling, and you enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs.
A Reliable Teammate: Whether you work at the office or from home, you adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our customers.
A Customer-Centric Closer: While “sales” is in your title, integrity is in your nature. That means you sincerely care that the customer gets exactly the quality products and services they need to embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.
A Diligent Worker: While volumes of work can fluctuate, you practice strong time management skills and have the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
