Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals and fuel consistent membership growth. •
Lead From the Front:
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets and uphold a high-energy, high-accountability culture. •
Data-Driven Decisions:
Analyze sales performance and local market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust tactics in real time. •
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing members, community partners, and local businesses to boost brand visibility and referral traffic. •
Performance Reporting:
Deliver accurate, insightful sales reports and performance updates to senior leadership. Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience
, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or service-based industries A
proven track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals
—you know how to close and you thrive on performance
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
that help convert leads into loyal members
Strong leadership abilities
with experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams • Comfortable using
CRM systems and sales analytics tools
