Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Phoenix team. This is a hands‑on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.
About The Role After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.
What You’ll Get
$25/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on‑call pay
Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000
Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
On‑call rotation: Roughly every 8‑12 weeks
Company‑provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
Career progression: This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first‑year earnings typically range from $75,000–$85,000

Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
